Orders and Returns
Any customer that receives products that are damaged or defective will have the choice to either receive a full refund of their order, or have new product re-shipped. Any products that are reported lost, will receive these options once a "Lost Package" claim is started with the shipping company.
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase they can request a refund up to 30 calendar days after receiving the package. The customer will receive a refund equivalent to 85% of the product's sale price once the product is returned to LSP. Refunds do not include shipping costs. For products delivered via electronic delivery, including our apps, there is only a 2-day refund policy. To qualify for a refund of these items a refund request must be made via phone or e-mail within two business days of the original purchase.
For subscription services, the subscription can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges, but prior charges are non-refundable unless a request is made within two business days of the original charge.
